Epipremnum amplissimum is a climbing aroid in the Monsteroideae subfamily that grows long, lanceolate leaves dappled with slight silver striping. It's no more difficult to grow than the average epipremnum aureum, but the leaf shape is much more unique! However, while the standard golden pothos is fine to cascade from hanging baskets, this species really needs some support to keep growing strong and healthy. We recommend using a moss pole or bamboo stake to keep your Epipremnum amplissimum growing vertically. To promote larger and mature leaves, occasionally mist the vertical support of your choice so the aerial roots are more likely to attach. Avoid too much direct sun.
