The Sophia Begonia Plant features dark purple leaves, which, depending upon the amount of light it receives, can appear to be almost black on top, splashed with irregularly-shaped silvery speckles and with a maroon underside. As the leaves and blossoms grow, you are treated to a display of purplish-black, rich maroon, striking silver and luscious pink, all combining to give this plant special appeal.
These plants like bright indirect light. They can take some direct sun but avoid all day direct exposure.
we’ve noticed that these plants are heavy drinkers so keep your eye on it. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Water thoroughly and evenly. Bottom watering is a great option for these plants to make sure that it’s watered evenly.
